Kick-off meeting of the national Erasmus+ project partners at the Diplomatic Academy of the MFA

On 11–12 January the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic hosted an introductory meeting with the partners of the national Erasmus+ project GREENKG. It was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education and Science, the European Union, coordinators of the Erasmus+ and GREENKG consortium, rectors of partner universities and the media.

Having formed the steering committee and the project management board, consortium members reviewed the project’s goals and objectives. They discussed communication, dissemination and quality assurance, and planned and agreed the project work packages.

GREEN KG, which develops a model of the green and digital university in Kyrgyzstan, will strengthen the innovation capacity of universities through digitalisation and greater awareness of their social responsibility, in the context of the global shift towards a green economy and climate and demographic change.
